Professional production of high-quality bundled grass nets/grass nets/straw nets
Product Introduction
The baler net is mainly used for tying straw and grass, and is mainly suitable for farms. In the future, it will also be widely used in domestic farms, rice fields, and grasslands in China. The quality of this product is strictly controlled, with a tensile strength of 60N per single filament and a net strength of ≥ 2500N/M
Application scope and advantages:
Suitable for harvesting and storing straw and grass in large farms and grasslands; It can also have a wrapping effect on industrial packaging.
1. Save bundling time: Only 2-3 rounds are needed to pack, while reducing equipment friction.
2. Strengthening wind resistance, superior to traditional hemp rope, can reduce the degree of hay decay by about 50%.
3. A flat surface saves time in unfolding the net and is also convenient for removal.

Product advantages
The baler net is a knitted material made of plastic sand thread produced by knitting machines. Its weaving method is the same as the winding net, the only difference is the weight. Usually, the weight of the winding net is around 4g/m, while the weight of the bundling net is greater than 6g/m. In recent years, bundling net has become a popular choice to replace hemp rope for tying hay. Compared to hemp rope, grass bales have the following advantages:
(1) Saving bundling time only requires 2-3 turns to pack, which means that the efficiency per hour is greatly improved, the friction on the equipment is reduced, and fuel is saved
(2) The surface of the baler net can be easily laid flat on the ground. This open net makes it easier for straw to fall off the net surface, forming a more weather resistant hay roll. Binding hay with hemp rope will create a depression, and rainwater infiltration can cause the hay to rot. Using a tying net can reduce losses by up to 50%. This kind of loss wastes much more than the cost of tying grass nets.
(3) Very suitable for silage feed rolls, the flat surface of the baler net saves time in unfolding the net. When feeding feed, the film and net fall off together as a whole.
(4) Convenient for cutting and unloading bundled grass nets. Don't worry about not being able to find the edge of the net, and it can greatly reduce the volume of the bundled grass net during processing.
(5) We produce bales with markings on the tail, and there is a colored warning strip in the middle of the roll. In this way, when a warning sign appears, you will know that a new baler net needs to be replaced
